Mental Notes Consulting has combined with their partners to bring you a series of High Performance workshops across South East Queensland in 2016.  The series will cover topics designed to help you to reach your performance potential in sport, coaching, performing arts, school, work and exercise.  Guest presenters include strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists, coaches, ex-athletes and staff with elite sport backgrounds and experience.

Each workshop will consist of two 45 minute sessions during which a guest speaker and Mental Notes Consulting’s Australian Sport Psychologist will present on high performance strategies.

Chris is a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist and a principal at Queensland Sports Medicine Centre.  He has worked for a variety of Australia’s National sporting teams including Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline Sports, Acrobatics and Aerial Skiing.  His key area of interest is skill development, coordination, and motor control.

Chris travels with V8 Supercar Team Red Bull Racing Australia, looking after Championship winning drivers Craig Lowndes, Jamie Whincup and MotoGP World Champion, Casey Stoner.

Chris and Rachel will be talking about long-term athlete development, focusing on drop out, burnout, overuse injuries, and social isolation. The principles discussed will include practical applications to all areas of performance including business, exercise, study, work and everyday life.

This workshop is appropriate for athletes of all levels (age 10 & above), coaches, parents, performers, business people or anyone who wants to reach their performance potential in any area of performance, whether it be sport, exercise, business, performing arts, study or everyday life.

Every person who registers will receive a FREE Mental Notes Training Diary at the first workshop they attend!

Investment: $50 for one workshop or $130 for the last three workshops of the series from our shop
